Yes, for amounts of €2,000 or more, we are legally required to ask for valid ID. However, we may also ask for valid ID for smaller amounts, so please bring it with you just to be sure.
You can both buy and sell foreign currency with us. We have the most common currencies in stock, such as US dollars, British pounds, and Swiss francs.
No, Pott Change does not charge any commission. The exchange rate you see is the exchange rate you get or pay, always without any costs or commission!
Yes, you can place an order and lock in the exchange rate until the next day. You can reserve your desired currency via our website or by phone. The order will then be ready for you.
Our exchange rates are generally much more favorable than those offered by banks or airports, and we do not charge any fees or commission. This means you get more for your money.
Yes, you can pay us in cash or by debit card, but not by credit card. The costs for credit cards are too high, which would mean that the exchange rate margins would have to go up, which neither we nor you want. Payment by debit card is preferred. For cash payments of €2,000 or more, we will ask for a withdrawal slip or other proof of origin. Make it easy for yourself and for us and pay securely by debit card.
